As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to ensure the success of the organisation's workforce. This role requires expertise in human resources and the ability to collaborate effectively within the public sector.

Description

  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support organisational goals.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Deliver training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Lead work place health and safety initiatives and complete compliance requirements.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience in workforce planning and change management.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
