The Opportunity
Due to an internal movement, we're excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team and support BlueCare Residential Services. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, co-design impactful people initiatives, and align our HR practices with UnitingCare's broader vision.
You'll be the connector between strategy and people—translating business priorities into meaningful workforce outcomes and partnering with our Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Your Impact
As our Senior HRBP, you'll:
· Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, offering expert coaching and strategic advice
· Lead cultural change and employee engagement initiatives that truly resonate
· Drive talent strategies, workforce planning, and organisational design
· Champion the annual People Cycle—remuneration, succession, performance, and more
· Collaborate with Employee Relations and CoEs to navigate complex challenges and deliver smart, sustainable solutions
· Lead change and communications programs that support realignment and growth
What You Bring
You're a seasoned HR generalist with:
· A degree in HR or a related field
· Proven experience delivering strategic HR initiatives with measurable impact
· Strong ER/IR knowledge and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence
· A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at all levels
· A passion for people, purpose, and progress
