We're excited to offer an incredible opportunity to become a Senior Sales Associate with a soon-to-open boutique for a globally renowned luxury house. Based in the heart of Sydney's luxury precinct, you'll not only deliver exceptional client experiences but also play a key role in supporting CRM or Visual Merchandising operations within the store.

Working alongside an accomplished Store Manager and a high-performing, passionate team, you'll represent a brand celebrated for itstimeless creations – spanning watches, leather goods, accessories, and ready-to-wear.

This is more than a retail role – it's your chance to set the standard for service excellence, foster meaningful client relationships, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and success. On the shop floor, you'll lead by example while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, ideally in premium or luxury environments
  • Sales with CRM or VM experience
  • Passion for designer fashion, accessories, and fine craftsmanship
  • A proactive, high-energy approach and a natural ability to connect with customers
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs through team motivation and strategic focus
  • A polished, professional presence and strong brand ambassadorship
