NetSuite ERP Administrator
The NetSuite ERP Administrator plays a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and support the growth of the business. You'll be hands-on in customising and optimising NetSuite, driving automation, and empowering our teams to work smarter. We are an evolving business and are looking for someone who is happy to be hands-on and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Customise and configure NetSuite to align with business needs, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage system preferences, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform period-end and roll-over checks and controls, including opening and closing accounting periods.
- Conduct integrity checks in NetSuite and report errors or required actions to Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and gatekeep pricing controls in NetSuite for both Sales and Purchases.
- Drive best practice and implement controls across inventory, procurement, month-end processes, data governance, and delegations of authority.
- Establish and maintain AP and AR governance controls, including segregation of duties.
- Administer and gatekeep the creation of new GL accounts.
- Provide day-to-day technical support, resolving user queries and issues promptly.
- Liaise with NetSuite Support and third-party vendors when escalations are required.
- Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other platforms
- Lead data migration projects, including data cleansing, mapping, and imports.
- Support and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Build reporting solutions, automate saved searches, and deliver user training.
- Create and deliver engaging training to boost adoption and system confidence.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate across Finance, IT, and operations teams to drive workflow optimisation and automation.

About you:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a NetSuite ERP Administrator, or equivalent ERP experience with demonstrated NetSuite expertise.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Technical fluency in SuiteScript, SQL, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience in systems integrations and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
- A proactive, organised team player who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
