About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
TM1 Administrator
to join our team. This role goes beyond standard administration, requiring a mix of
platform management, development, and administration skills
. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the TM1 platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day
    TM1 administration
    , including monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Manage
    TM1 platform infrastructure
    , ensuring availability, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain
    TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes
    to meet business requirements.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements to the TM1 environment.
  • Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into robust TM1 solutions.
  • Ensure proper
    data integrity, backup, and recovery processes
    are in place.
  • Provide technical leadership across
    platform, development, and administration tasks
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • Over
    10 years' experience in Information Technology
    , primarily in
    systems design, development, support, maintenance, and end-to-end delivery
    of initiatives.
  • Proven ability to
    lead technical teams
    and interact with multiple internal teams and vendors for end-to-end delivery.
  • Proven experience as a
    TM1 Administrator
    with strong understanding of
    Planning Analytics/TM1 architecture and components
    (PAW, Perspectives, Architect, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise in
    cube design, rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes
    .
  • Strong knowledge of the
    TM1 technical stack
    , including configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with
    packaged software
    : installation, configuration, and patching.
  • Familiarity with
    data management, ETL, and integration tools
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
