Our opportunity :

The Records & Archives team perform a range of functions including records management, digitial and physical mail processing, archival services, and ensuring that Council meets its obligations unde the State Records Act 1998 (NSW).

The key focus areas of this role include:

1) Participate in Council's digital and physical mailroom services, including the digitisation, registration and distribution of mail as required to support Council's operations

2) Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Council business functions and record workflow processes to ensure the accurate and efficient allocation of information

3) Maintain records in an accurate and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures, including the State Records Act 1998 (NSW).
