- Working closely with a Senior Executive Assistant, you will be the happy face and voice greeting all visitors. You will provide support to the EA and overall team managing the reception desk, replenishing office supplies, assisting with the booking of office events, diary management, travel booking and so on. Providing a professional level of interaction, you will be the first point of contact for general queries.
- It’s all aboutyou
- You are an experienced Administrator with Reception experience and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience in SAP would be highly regarded, but most important is your ability to prioritise, work autonomously as well as in a team and communicate effectively. You’re a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of achieving goals and good time management.
