A great opportunity exists to join Zurich's Retail Life team as a Remediation Manager on 12-month contract.
You will oversee Remediation initiatives to identify and resolve customer issues or deficiencies with policy administration processes. Key to this role will be your ability to analyse complex data and drive process improvement. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will define remediation methodologies and approaches, whilst providing a high level of operational and implementation support as you deliver solutions to streamline our customer experience.

Unlock your potential
- Proven expertise in remediation or other complex projects, including business analysis and developing business and IT requirements - ideally with experience in policy administration and registry systems.
- Strong project management skills, including agile delivery, forecasting, scheduling, resource planning, and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate incidents, analyse data, and implement process and system improvements to deliver effective remediation and positive customer outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and clearly convey information to support timely decision-making.
- Solid understanding of Life Insurance products, governance, and regulatory compliance, with keen attention to detail in quality assurance and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, a positive outlook, and commercial acumen.
