Product Owner Business Banking Remediation - 12 Months

**12 Month Secondment Opportunity**

**Your Business**:
The Everyday Business Banking team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.

**Your role**:
The Business Banking Remediation Team is a remediation centre within our Everyday Business Banking team. The Remediation Team is responsible for the management and execution of remediation activities. These activities can range from simple customer payments to large complex projects covering multiple product lines and business units.

**Do work that matters**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations.
- Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team.
- Drive project exploration and inception to ensure alignment of group remediation policy.
- Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform delivery roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Identify, articulate and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
- Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform remediation approach.
- Lead the squad day-to-day to deliver remediations and lifecycle activities.
- Maintain a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Manage the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.

**We are interested in hearing from people who....**
- Have proven experience, ideally within Product Remediation Projects / Product Houses
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in that space would also be considered
- Are experienced in definition of Product Roadmaps, delivery of Product vision
- Are strong communicators, both Verbal and Written
- Experience with Agile methodology, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal
- Have experience managing Risks and Product Compliance and using formal methods to document this
