Hello All,

We are looking for a highly skilled
AWS App Development for AI Tech Lead
with strong expertise in AWS-based application development and AI use case implementation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, lead a POD team of engineers, and ensure successful delivery aligned with solution architecture and business goals.

Key Skills Required (Must Have):

  • Backend Development:
    Strong coding expertise in
    Python
    for backend APIs; knowledge of

    and
    TypeScript
    is a plus.
  • Frontend Development:
    Proficiency in

    .
  • AWS Services:
    Hands-on experience with serverless architecture, including
    Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SQS, S3, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL)
    .
  • CI/CD:
    Proficiency in
    GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    AWS services and cloud architecture
    .
  • Proven ability to provide
    technical leadership
    in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Engagement Lead to understand business use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate and guide a remote POD team of engineers for successful implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure solution design and delivery are aligned with architectural standards and objectives.

Additional Skills:

  • Practical knowledge of implementing
    Agentic AI
    for business use cases.
  • Strong experience in
    building and deploying applications
    on AWS.
  • Expertise in
    database design
    and hands-on experience working with various databases.
  • Experience in
    setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Familiarity with
    unit testing frameworks and best practices
    .
