The Opportunity

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support two senior Partners and their Corporate practice team. Working three days per week (your choice of days), this permanent part-time role offers stability, autonomy, and genuine work-life balance within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Partner calendars, travel coordination, and client engagement logistics.
  • Support billing processes, time entries, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and format legal and business documents with precision.
  • Coordinate client meetings, events, and practice development activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior administrative team members.

About You

You'll bring proven experience supporting Partners or senior stakeholders in a busy legal or professional services environment. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, highly organised, and have an exceptional eye for detail. Experience with billing systems (ideally Aderant), Microsoft Office, and document management tools such as iManage are preferable.
