What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer calls and attend on-site to diagnose and repair plumbing issues
  2. Install, maintain and repair all types of plumbing systems, fixtures and fittings
  3. Prepare cost estimates and provide transparent advice to customers
  4. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with relevant regulations
  5. Maintain company vehicles and tools in good working order
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients throughout each job

What we're looking for

  1. Qualified and licensed plumber with 4+ years' experience
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Commitment to safety and attention to detail
  6. Victorian driver's licence and reliable transportation
