About the role

Join Kemperman Plumbing Solutions' team of accomplished plumbers in Melbourne, VIC. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for providing outstanding plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time role where you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding promptly to service calls and diagnosing plumbing issues
  2. Performing a wide range of plumbing tasks such as installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fittings, and fixtures
  3. Adhering to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
  5. Maintaining a clean, organised work area and company vehicle
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects

What we're looking for

  1. Formal plumbing qualifications and a valid plumbing license
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified plumber in a similar role
  3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  4. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
  5. Dependable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  6. A commitment to safety and a high standard of workmanship
