We're looking for a hands-on Equipment Delivery & Support Technician to join our growing team.

You'll go beyond basic deliveries — setting up, demonstrating, and collecting a wide range of mobility, rehab, and homecare equipment across Melbourne and regional areas.

What you'll do
  • Safely deliver, install, and collect mobility and care equipment for clients, therapists, and care facilities.
  • Assemble and adjust items such as beds, hoists, wheelchairs, and daily living aids.
  • Inspect, clean, and test equipment to ensure it's safe, functional, and ready for reuse.
  • Work closely with our warehouse and showroom teams to coordinate orders and stock movements.
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to clients and carers in homes and care environments.
  • Keep accurate delivery records and report any service, repair, or product issues.
What you'll bring
  • A current driver's licence (manual preferred).
  • Hands-on skills and confidence with tools or light assembly work.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • A practical, calm attitude: you're comfortable working with clients in aged care, disability, and hospital settings.
  • Good communication and a professional, helpful approach.
  • Experience in logistics, healthcare, or equipment handling is valued but not essential, training is provided.
