Hourly Rate: $34.19 to $35.64 (pending experience)

Your Role

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and enthusiastic persons for the role of Pathways Assistant - Administration. This is a term-time continuing position, for commencement in January 2026.

Successful applicants for this position will be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to work under pressure and work collaboratively with others to meet timelines
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities, whilst maintaining a positive solution-focused outlook
• High level of initiative and process thinking to ensure continuous improvement of processes
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office to produce a range of documents

Mandatory Requirements

• A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
