About the Role

This dynamic and hands-on role involves assisting Sara with day-to-day sales activities, client care, and property preparation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Letterbox dropping and door knocking
  • Attending pest & building inspections
  • Buyer prospecting and buyer follow-up
  • Generating and nurturing leads for market appraisals
  • Sending market updates to our database
  • Attending and coordinating photography & marketing appointments
  • Writing and completing property descriptions
  • Conducting final inspections
  • Attending and assisting with open homes
  • Setting up open homes and erecting pointer signs
  • Supporting Sara in general sales administration and client communication

This role offers exceptional exposure to all aspects of the sales process and the opportunity to learn directly from an industry leader.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) – essential
  • Availability to work Saturdays – non-negotiable
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of initiative, organisation, and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
