Reception / Car Wash All-Rounder

We're after a reliable, friendly, and practical person to take on a key Reception / Car Wash All-Rounder role. If you enjoy working with people, have a knack for vehicles, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this could be the job for you.

About the Role:

This is a mixed role with both customer service and vehicle preparation duties. You'll be the friendly face at reception and the behind-the-scenes operator making sure our vans are clean, checked, and ready to go.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, handle bookings, and explain van features at pick-up/drop-off
  • Clean and detail campervans inside and out to a high standard
  • Carry out basic checks (tyres, oil, fluids) and report any mechanical concerns
  • Move vans around the yard and assist with organising the fleet
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable yard and work environment
  • Support the team with general depot duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Full, valid driver's license (manual & automatic experience preferred)
  • Clean National Police Check
  • General vehicle knowledge and a keen eye for detail
  • Friendly and approachable, with solid communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Physically fit and willing to work indoors / outdoors in all conditions
  • General computer knowledge
