We’re after a reliable, friendly, and practical person to take on a key **Reception / Car Wash All-Rounder** role. If you enjoy working with people, have a knack for vehicles, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this could be the job for you.

**About the Role**:
This is a mixed role with both **customer service and vehicle preparation** duties. You’ll be the friendly face at reception and the behind-the-scenes operator making sure our vans are clean, checked, and ready to go.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, handle bookings, and explain van features at pick-up/drop-off
- Clean and detail campervans inside and out to a high standard
- Carry out basic checks (tyres, oil, fluids) and report any mechanical concerns
- Move vans around the yard and assist with organising the fleet
- Maintain a tidy and presentable yard and work environment
- Support the team with general depot duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Full, valid driver’s license** (manual & automatic experience preferred)
- **Clean National Police Check**:

- General vehicle knowledge and a keen eye for detail
- Friendly and approachable, with solid communication skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Physically fit and willing to work indoors / outdoors in all conditions
- General computer knowledge
