Civil Worker

Full time position

The Opportunity

We are always interested in hearing from people who want to be part of our team. Whether you are an experienced plant operator, civil worker, or looking to grow your skills across both areas, there are opportunities to contribute to major projects across Tasmania.

What You'll Do

As part of our crews, you'll support the delivery of civil projects across the state. This may include:

  • Operating plant and machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, dozers, graders, skid steers, and water carts.
  • Assisting with general civil tasks, including concreting, pipe laying, formwork, levelling, and traffic management.
  • Working safely, following procedures, and supporting project efficiency as part of a team.

What You'll Bring

To be considered, you'll need:

  • An unrestricted driver's licence.
  • A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • A willingness to travel across Tasmania for project work.

Important Information

Roles involve working in high-risk civil construction environments and may require statewide travel. Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
