Our Pastry Chefs ensure the quality and consistency of all items produced in our pastry kitchen, supporting our Group venues including Cheri, The Observatory, Top Paddock, Higher Ground, The Kettle Black, Token, The Terrace and Stringers Sorrento along with fulfilling interesting and creative special orders.

Led by Executive Pastry Chef Michael Germanos, you must be energetic and proactive with a real passion for your craft. This is an exciting time for our Group and we are looking for enthusiastic and professional team members to join us on our journey.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 4 years experience as a Pastry Chef
  • Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high-volume, fast-paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards
  • Display creativity and a passion for all things pastry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Show initiative
  • Passionate about customer experience and product quality
