_**We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our business located at 1-2 William Square Warragul Victoria 3820 - Streatside Cafe and Eatry.**_
- **Your duties will include**:_**:

- Determining coffee bean types for client tell, stock levels and service standards**_**:

- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices for retail, wholesale and importing.**_**:

- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services, focusing on green bean sales for wholesale, e-commerce sales for green beans and rostered beans**_**:

- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use including holding events and seminars to educate and market products.**_**:

- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment which includes budgeting weekly on the COGs**_**:

- Ensuring staff training is accurately planned and delivered and supervision of all area in the business for improvements and strategic human resource management provided**_**:

- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations**_
- **In return you will receive**:_**:

- Package: $73,150-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation**_**:

- Position: Full time (38 hours a week)**_**:

- Ongoing support from our team**_**:

- On-site parking**_**:

- Travel Opportunity**_**:

- Attending Conference and Events**_
- **Requirements of the position**_
- **Bachelors Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant**_
- **work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification**_
