About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a highly-driven, experienced videographer/video podcast producer with a skill set in on-set video production and camera operation to assist our expansion in Melbourne. You will join our production team managing a wide range of clients, with the opportunity to join an an experienced production team at the forefront of Australia's fastest growing media industry, podcasting. Success in this role means being system and process orientated, having high attention to detail and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients. This role is for a high achiever looking for the next key opportunity in their career.

What You'll Need:

• An eye and passion for video content
• Highly skilled with 4+ years of content producing/camera operator experience
• Experience working on fast-paced sets
• 2+ years of experience in producing video podcasts
• On-set experience, including lighting management
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
• Experience in managing a small production team
• A strong ability to improvise on set
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive ability to innovate and create structures, processes, and systems to improve the product/service
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while still working effectively
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently

What You'll Do:

• Producing video podcasts and production across a wide range of clients
• Managing the production and client experience in the studio
• Handing over all assets for client podcast recordings
• Working collaboratively with the editing team
• Managing the client experience for on-set production
• Managing studio bookings at our client-only podcast studio
• Managing the studio booking system and communicating with clients regarding bookings
• Developing processes and continually innovating to enhance the client experience
• Setting up podcast sets for bookings
• Project handover of all assets to the editing team
