Please note, this position is a 12 month maximum term contract, hybrid role based in Newcastle, and you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Embedding best-practice QA standards across the full product lifecycle
  • Designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases
  • Collaborating with Analysts and Developers to refine user stories and solution design
  • Testing both functional and non-functional aspects of systems, including performance, security, and usability
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across multiple systems and working with peers to resolve them efficiently
  • Developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts, with opportunities to expand into Tosca
  • Working closely with business analysts and development teams to align testing with business goals

Experience required:

  • Proven background in automation testing
  • Solid Salesforce testing experience strongly preferred (other CRM experience also considered)
  • Experience designing and executing both manual and automated tests
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, qTest)
  • Strong SQL skills and API testing experience (e.g., Postman)
  • Willingness to learn Tosca and continuously expand your QA toolkit
