Please note, this position is a hybrid role based in Newcastle, and you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a distributed team of 5 QA Engineers
  • Driving QA governance, strategy, and continuous improvement practices across the organisation
  • Overseeing automation and integration testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborating with product, development, and cross-functional teams to embed quality in design and delivery
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for QA, ensuring risks are identified, quantified, and addressed
  • Working on enterprise-level system integrations, including Salesforce, balancing speed, quality, and risk
  • Engaging stakeholders across delivery leads, technology teams, and business units to deliver high-quality solutions

Experience required:

  • Proven leadership background with experience guiding and developing QA teams
  • Strong automation testing expertise and integration testing experience
  • Background in establishing QA strategy, governance, and best practices
  • Strong experience in integration testing
  • Salesforce testing experience (desirable, not essential)
