About UsOZLOOK is a Melbourne-based company that has been operating at Melbourne International Airport since 2012. We offer multilingual customer service and retail solutions and are expanding as the airport continues to grow.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our retail outlet at Melbourne Airport. You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise a small team, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Duties
● Oversee the day-to-day running of the Melbourne Airport retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
● Monitor product ranges, stock levels, pricing, and service quality to meet business and customer needs.
● Coordinate purchasing and implement in-store promotions and marketing activities.
● Lead, mentor, and roster a small team of four staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
● Manage budgets and expenses, keeping accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational costs.
● Maintain compliance with company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
● Provide exceptional customer service by supporting staff and addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely manner
About You
● Diploma in Business/Retail/Hospitality Store Management.
● 2–3 years' retail management experience.
● Strong leadership and communication skills.
● Proven ability to manage staff, stock, and budgets.
