Customer Service Officer – Transport & Logistics | Hazelmere Location

CTI Logistics is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Hazelmere depot. As one of Western Australia's fastest-growing logistics companies, we are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and ideally has prior experience in the transport industry.

About the Role

This full-time role is well suited to a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their transport needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Full training will be provided, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with drivers and operations teams to ensure prompt delivery and issue resolution
  • Entering and updating job bookings accurately in our system
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet service expectations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment (highly desirable)
  • A sound knowledge of regional Western Australian towns and geography
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong customer service ethic and a proactive attitude
  • Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team setting
