A fantastic opportunity has risen for a dynamic Truck Sales Rep to join our team in Perth. Working as a key member of the sales team you will be responsible for driving targeted market penetration of new trucks plus additional initiatives and driven to increase profit levels. Your commitment to premium customer service will see you increase together our current customer base whilst being able to grow your own career within a globally recognised company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sell our brands and products direct to fleet, retail customers and markets in line with established targets and sales areas.
  • Follow the sales and quoting process and apply technical expertise on truck centre products and specifications to customers with consideration to the operating environment.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Ensure all vehicles sold are inspected and prepared to a standard acceptable to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and enhance our dealerships, our products through advertising.

About You:

  • A background in the transport industry required
  • Technical and/or truck application knowledge is desirable
  • Strong sales experience is preferred.
  • Willingness/ability to operate under a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and or previous experience using a CRM System is desirable.
  • Understanding of the On Highway parts & service business, maintenance products and On Highway Dealer network.
  • Knowledge of Western Star, MAN and Dennis Eagle aftermarket and competitive forces.
  • Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives.
