About the Role We're on the hunt for a proactive and engaging Client Support & Marketing Consultant to join the Client Engagement team in our Adelaide office. In this full-time role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of REMPLAN - supporting clients, building relationships, and helping tell our story through engaging marketing and design.

This role blends client service with marketing - perfect for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and making an impact.

About Us REMPLAN specialises in regional and urban economic analysis. Our team of economists, demographers, data scientists, planners, economic development specialists and software developers create online tools for economic and demographic analysis used by government agencies, universities, and consulting firms across Australia. We also provide advisory services for public and private sector clients.

Our mission is to get data and insights into the hands of decision-makers that are shaping our towns and cities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, responsive support to clients across Australia

Maintain client records (Pipedrive CRM) and assist with product training

Manage and create content for our website and social media

Create blog posts and marketing copy that showcase client success stories and industry insights

Coordinate and design marketing materials, presentations, and email campaigns

Represent REMPLAN at events and contribute to product research

Collaborate with our business development team to identify new opportunities

About You


• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, economics or related fields

Experience in client-facing roles and digital marketing tools.


• Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.


• A natural communicator with strong writing skills and attention to detail


• Professional, creative, and collaborative in how you work


• Hold a current driver's licence
