Join Our Team as a Revenue & Reservations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead our hotel's reservation and revenue management strategies. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's revenue through efficient management of our PMS system (BrilliantEZ), GDS (via TravelClick), and rate distribution channels.
About the Role:
As the Revenue & Reservations Manager, you will oversee the hotel's reservation systems, ensuring seamless operations and maximized revenue. You will manage room inventory, allotments, rate levels, and best available rates, while balancing daily pricing and availability.
Your role will also involve implementing our hotel's yield management strategy. This includes monitoring our online presence, adjusting pricing based on competitor and market analysis, and managing third-party websites to maximizeRevPAR.
Additionally, you will oversee the smooth execution of both F.I.T and Group reservation processes, ensuring a high standard of guest service that aligns with the hotel's core values and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize the hotel's yield management strategy.
- Oversee and manage the Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager to ensure effective rate distribution.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, adjusting pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and adjust room availability, including group blocks, to optimize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Maintain up-to-date hotel distribution channels and ensure rates are accurately loaded across GDS, OTA, and other online platforms.
- Conduct daily monitoring of room rates and inventory to ensure maximum yield is achieved.
- Manage GDS rate loading and ensure rate codes are correctly set up in the PMS.
- Ensure the accuracy of all reservation data, including guest information and rate codes.

- Experience in Revenue and Reservations Management: Proven ability to manage PMS systems, channel managers, and yield management tools.
- A motivated individual with previous supervisory experience in a reservations & revenue environment ready for their next career step — this is a fantastic opportunity for growth and advancement.
