Lead and Develop the Team

  • Guide and inspire a diverse team of tattoo artists and support staff.
  • Cultivate a thriving studio culture that is positive, inclusive, and professional.
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular communication and collaborative goal-setting.

Oversee Daily Operations

  • Uphold rigorous standards for studio cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
  • Proactively manage inventory, ensuring essential supplies are always on hand.
  • Efficiently coordinate appointments for maximum productivity and client satisfaction.

Elevate Client Experience & Drive Growth

  • Deliver exceptional service from the initial welcome through post-appointment care.
  • Build lasting client relationships that foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets by expertly upselling and cross-selling services and products.
  • Strategically meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue, retention, and bookings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven management experience, ideally in a tattoo studio or creative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A genuine passion for tattoos and the creative arts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
