Product Coordinator

kikki.K is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven
Product Coordinator
to support our Product Team across end-to-end product development, data integrity, reorders, quality control, and internal communication.

About The Role

• Manage SKU setup and maintenance in D365, ensuring accurate product data and timely purchase order creation and updates.
• Coordinate all incoming samples, courier shipments and business sample requests across Product, Marketing and E-Commerce.
• Support the Production Manager with reorders, supplier onboarding and SKU re-costing.
• Maintain compliance documentation including FSC, testing and chemical reports; support quality issue follow-up with suppliers.
• Assist with product development and sourcing, including packaging updates, new product briefs and supplier coordination.
• Communicate key product updates internally and provide product information to cross-functional teams.
• Support shipping and supply chain processes by communicating delays and updating purchase orders as required.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2-3 years' experience in product coordination, product administration, or a similar role.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (design, product development, business, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using D365.
• Product development or design experience (highly desirable).
• Adobe Illustrator skills (highly desirable).
• Strong multitasking ability and experience managing multiple ranges at once.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
• A collaborative, proactive working style and the ability to meet deadlines.
