In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate product information is captured, maintained and updated across all systems. You will work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders across the business to support product changes, new product introductions and portfolio management.

  • Product Change Management: Manage the end-to-end coordination of product changes, including new product introductions, code creation, pack size updates, packing BOMs, product deletions and packaging/label updates.
  • Master Data Accuracy & Portfolio Support: Maintain and update all product master data across the portfolio. Support Product Managers with introducing new products, removing obsolete items and identifying opportunities to improve product performance and cost efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain essential local and global reports to monitor product performance and provide both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to management.
  • General Support: Assist with additional reporting or operational tasks as required, working closely with Product Managers, Technical teams and other internal stakeholders to support effective product lifecycle management.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and confidence working within SAP and Excel.
  • Ability to identify trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to meets deadlines and manages competing priorities.
  • You enjoy working with structured processes and can manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
