Our Accounting & Business Advisory division
Our Accounting & Business Advisory division is a partner to individuals and businesses in all industry sectors. We provide Accounting, Tax and Advisory services to clients ranging from SMEs and family businesses to high-net-worth individuals.

The role
A typical week would be managing and developing your portfolio of clients and ensuring clients are serviced to a standard that exceeds their expectation. You will provide coaching and professional support to team members. Using your technical expertise, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist with work flow management
- Review of junior and intermediate team members work
- Preparation of scoping and job budgets
- Maintain effective client WIP & billings processes
- Ensure client work is completed within time allocation and job budgets
- Achieve individual and team monthly billings targets
- Manage a comprehensive portfolio of clients
- Ensure integrity of ATO lodgement program
- Develop a focus of "Value Add Services" & "Cross Selling Services" within the team
- Provide support and training for junior Accountants
- Preparation of client reports including:
- Financial statements
- Cash flow projections and budget forecasts
- Standard working papers
- Preparation of tax returns for all types of entities
Excellent client facing skills, written and verbal communication skills is a must, along with high professional standards and personal integrity. Public Practice experience is essential.
