Full job description

We are currently seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter / Sales Representative to join our motivated and friendly team in Wonthaggi. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll combine your strong computer literacy with a passion for power Equipment, farm machinery and motorcycles.

About the Role

As a Spare Parts Interpreter / Power Equipment Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our store and wrokshop operations. You'll use your technical knowledge and customer service skills to provide expert advice and service to our clients, while also managing stock logistics and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong, long-term relationships
  • Assist customers in-store, ensuring product displays and warehouse areas are well presented
  • Safely handle, store, and dispatch stock while maintaining accurate records
  • Support inventory management, including stocktaking and processing sales orders
  • Prepare sales quotes and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory

About you

  • Strong computer literacy and a passion for Power Equipment, farm machinery and Motorcycles
  • Forklift licence highly regarded
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and motivated to deliver excellent service
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in Power Equipment, Farm Machinery and Motorcycles, with a willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
