CMV Truck & Bus are the Victorian dealer for Volvo Group Australia (Mack, Volvo and UD Trucks) and have over 500 employees with 8 main dealerships across Victoria. We sell trucks and buses and provide service and parts for our complete range as the authorized dealer network.

Apprenticeship

CMV Truck & Bus is more than just a job, we are preparing you for a long-term career within the automotive industry. Our 2 year Apprentice training program is broken down into modules and offers a great balance between practical onsite training and theory based learning. During the course, you will learn master stock control, material handling, how to receive and fulfil orders, dispatch processes and of course, importantly develop the necessary skills to identify specific, customer queries and interpret their automotive parts requirements on some of the worlds leading heavy duty automotive trucks and buses.

CMV Truck & Bus Training Institute

Our state-of-the-art training institute is located at one of the most modern truck dealerships in the Southern Hemisphere. Sitting alongside our CMV Truck & Bus Derrimut Dealership, apprentices have full access to onsite parking, lockers, laundered uniforms, café and gym facilities.

The purpose-built training institute delivers on-the-job elements as part of apprenticeship training. Our in-house technical trainers support apprentices in gaining a TAFE qualification through hands-on experience.
