Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day assistance in line with individual care plans.
  • Deliver personal and behavioural support where required (training provided if needed).
  • Support participants with daily living and community access.
  • Follow Behaviour Support Plans and clinical instructions.
  • Maintain accurate shift documentation and report any concerns.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community support.
  • Relevant qualification (Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health).
  • Excellent communication, reliability, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and with compassion.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid & CPR, National Police Check, and valid driver's licence with reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Infection Control modules.
