About the role

You'll assist participants in achieving independence, confidence, and community connection, delivering care that supports both dignity and choice. Opportunities may include casual, part-time, and ongoing placements with our partner organisations.

We're looking for:

  • Genuine compassion and a people-first approach
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent
  • Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Reliable transport and flexibility
