We are searching for a passionate chef to run our small kitchen and be an important part of our team.

We are a friendly neighbourhood café in Parkville offering Rumble coffee and a breakfast and lunch menu which focuses on seasonal, good quality produce. Think eggs, salads, toasties and sandwiches– we're serving rustic, tasty, no-nonsense food to our dedicated and loyal customers.

The right candidate will demonstrate:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in breakfast and lunch service
  • The ability to be creative and adaptable in consulting on the menu
  • Experience with stock control, ordering, costings, and all aspects of managing a small kitchen
  • The willingness to continue the training of our 1st year apprentice
  • Ability to start immediately
