The Role:

An Implementation Consultant is responsible for a customer's successful transition to JobAdder. They play a critical role in ensuring that clients have a successful onboarding experience and adopt JobAdder quickly.

  • Completing new customer account review calls.
  • Completing new customer account configurations.
  • Advising customers on the appropriate JobAdder account configuration based on their business requirements.
  • Managing customer setups, from point of sale, to go-live within the targeted timescales.
  • Providing account administration training & enablement for customers.
  • Up-keeping onboarding timelines and information within
  • Ensuring a smooth transition and handover of a customer to our wider customer success team.

You:

  • Ability to manage multiple customers and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated precise and compelling written communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating in team environments, with an ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical peers.
  • Digital Fluency: A strong aptitude for leveraging technology to amplify learning, productivity, and delivery.
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to assess new information quickly.
  • Capacity to take a consultative approach to problem-solving and partner with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Previous experience in project management is advantageous.
