Our retail Security Relief Officer roles, providing flexibility with the potential to work up to full-time hours. As a Security Officer, you will be trained across multiple sites within the Bankstown area.

We are seeking candidates that can work across both a retail and corporate setting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing high-level security and outstanding customer service.
• Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and managing site access and control systems.
• Responding professionally to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance.
• Assessing and mitigating security risks.
• Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate data logs.

Pay Rates & Availability

• You will be offered a casual contract as a Security Officer, with the option for additional overtime, if you are looking for fulltime hours.
• Casual Security Officers must be available for a minimum of 2-4 day per fortnight (Monday - Friday)
• Award rates (Security Services Industry Award Level 2–5) plus loadings, penalties, and superannuation.

Additional Allowances
First Aid Allowance:
$7.33
per shift / maximum of $36.46 per week

Based on a level 5 pay rates – site specific pay rates will vary.

What You'll Need

• A current NSW Security Licence (with Crowd Controller component).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
