**About the Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Auditor to join our front office team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 10pm-6am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:
- Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end of day processes, daily revenue, transactions, payments collected, security and reporting- Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities- Monitor, address and resolve overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests needs are met- Conduct audits, identify improvements and implement
- This is a permanent, part-time position, working Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Additional daytime shifts may be available if desired.

**What you’ll need to be successful**- Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment-
- Understanding of financial processes, information & data- High attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skills- Current drivers licence- Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment
