At Yakka Finance, we're not your typical Asset Finance brokerage. We're an award-winning, boutique commercial asset finance team based in North Sydney (soon moving to the buzzing CBD/Surry Hills). We help Aussie businesses—from tradies to transport operators, farmers to manufacturers—secure the equipment finance they need from over 60 bank and non-bank lenders.

Right now, we're growing fast and looking for a Broker Support Superstar to join the crew.

You'll be right in the action—supporting a Senior Broker, helping our clients secure finance, keeping things running smoothly, and having the chance to dabble in marketing and socials if that's your thing.

Your Day-to-Day Could Include
  • Managing client files, emails, and documentation (organisation lovers, rejoice)
  • Submitting and settling finance applications through online lender portals
  • Keeping our CRM, Dropbox, and emails running like clockwork
  • Prepping settlement docs and liaising with clients
  • Supporting with day-to-day office tasks
  • Jumping in on marketing and socials with our Marketing Manager (if you want to flex your creative side)
Who We're Looking For

You're a fun, bubbly, detail-loving person who enjoys making things neat, organised, and just right. You take pride in your work, you're a quick learner, and you like being part of a high-energy, supportive team.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • High performer
  • Have 1–2 years in a broker support or asset finance role
  • Are comfortable with Outlook, PDF tools, Dropbox & tech in general
  • Can communicate clearly (written & verbal)
  • Have a passion to add value to every business you join
  • Live within 30–45 mins of North Sydney (and cool with CBD/Surry Hills soon)
  • Are proactive, positive, and ready to learn

Skills & Experience:

Our ideal candidate would ideally have has 2 years experience in a broker support role. You will be provided all in-house training by an experienced team to support you hit the ground running.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Good understanding of Asset Finance
  • A high degree of computer literacy across basic computer systems Outlook, PDF, and Dropbox
  • Clever with a computer utilising technology to your advantage
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • At least 12 months experience in an administration role
