Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI solutions, including conversational AI, intelligent agents, and automation tools.

• Develop and optimise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using advanced LLMs and vector databases.

• Implement end-to-end integrations between AI models, APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.

• Maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system performance, scalability, and minimal latency.

• Contribute to architectural design discussions and technical documentation for Group-wide AI initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI products that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to model versioning, optimisation, and deployment stability.

• Continuously refine and improve AI workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.

• Proven capability in developing and deploying LLM-powered tools, automation systems, or agentic workflows.

• Strong working knowledge of RAG architecture, vector search, and prompt engineering.

• Experience implementing integrations using APIs, databases, and cloud-native platforms.

• Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and performance optimisation.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously in fast-moving environments.

• Background in consulting, SaaS, or product delivery teams is highly regarded.
