Casual Vacation Care Educator – School Holiday Period

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Educators to join our Vacation Care team during the upcoming school holidays.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, interactive, and age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators to deliver a high-quality program.
  • Assist with excursions and special events as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children (in OSHC, childcare, school, or similar settings).
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude.
  • Availability during the QLD school holiday period.

Casual Educator (Additional Needs Support)

Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs and a passion for inclusion?

We are looking for caring and dedicated Casual Educators to provide support for children with additional needs in our Vacation Care program.

About the Role

As an Educator (Additional Needs Support), you will:

  • Support children with additional needs to participate fully in all activities.
  • Adapt experiences to meet individual needs, abilities, and interests.
  • Work closely with families and the team to ensure consistent, quality care.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for every child.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support as required.
  • Assist children in developing independence, social skills, and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with educators to implement inclusive practices.
  • Promote and uphold child safety and wellbeing at all times.
About You
  • Previous experience supporting children with additional needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and caring approach.
  • Holds (or is working towards) a qualification in Education, Early Childhood, or Disability Support (desirable).
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
