With increased funding and plans to expand our services, we are seeking multiple passionate and committed Case Managers to join our growing Domestic and Family Violence Team in Darwin. These identified positions are open to women and gender diverse people.
- Location: Darwin - Larrakia Land, with planned travel

- Contract: Full-Time and/or Part-time | Ongoing
- Salary: Social & Community Services Level 4 | $44.58 to $47.97 per hour + Super

About the team
The Gendered Violence and Family Programs Team provided a vital role in supporting cis, non-binary and gender diverse women and their families impacted by domestic and family violence.
Joining our Gendered Violence and Family Programs Team means becoming part of a passionate group committed to trauma-informed, client-centred care and meaningful social change.
About these opportunities
In these roles, you'll have the chance to work across a range of programs, including Domestic and Family Violence, Safe House Support, Keeping Women Safe in Their Homes (Darwin and Katherine), and HomeSafe.
As a Case Manager, you will deliver client-centred case management to individuals who have experienced domestic or family violence.
In this role you will:
- Deliver crisis intervention, risk and safety planning, and holistic support under YWCA frameworks.
- Conduct intake assessments using the NT Common Risk Assessment Tool.
- Facilitate property safety upgrades in collaboration with clients.
- Build respectful relationships with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate case notes and reports; participate in after-hours on-call roster.
About You
The ideal applicant will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in culturally appropriate, strength-based case work with women affected by domestic and family violence.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and family violence issues, including legal, child protection, and policy frameworks.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
