Finance and Sales Administration Officer based in Totness (Mt Barker)

  • Full Time Position.
  • Hours 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary $70,000 + Super
  • Australian owned company, modern facility, supportive team.

About the Role

The Finance and Sales Administration Officer is responsible for the essential finance and sales administration tasks, to support ongoing business success.This role plays a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial information to the Management Team, including the creation and delivery of finance and sales reports to support informed decision-making and overall business success.

Our customers and our remote Sales Team rely on the Finance and Sales Admin Officer to provide a reliable, friendly and professional voice from HQ to meet supply needs across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Administration and financial reportingSales Order Processing / Credit ManagementPayroll processing and HR supportSales team and marketing supportWork health and Safety administrationGeneral office-based administration tasks.

Requirements :

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Mac and Microsoft office suite skillsExperience using Monday.com would be highly desirable.Experience with Core Cin7 Inventory and Xero will be highly regarded.Ability to support a sales team with administration and information managementStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasksAbility to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment.A highly ethical company with products you can genuinely be proud of.A dynamic, diverse and supportive team that thrives on excellence.Modern and pleasant office facility, populated with modern equipment.
