For your application to be successful, you should have: 

• Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality environment.
• Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated team player.
• Fun, positive and radiant disposition.
• Ability to deliver consistently high standards of service whilst under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Experience working with POS Systems and competent with cash handling.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• Ability to speak a second language would be highly desirable.

Your new day to day:  
The role of a SkyPoint Attendant is to positively engage with our guests and provide service excellence and efficient operations across our Food & Beverage, Events and Guest Services departments. Guest Services provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets and generating sales.  A beaming smile for a warm welcome is essential

Once on the observation deck, our Food & Beverage operation provides an all-day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar, whilst our team also maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our guests.

These positions are available to commence from mid November 2025 with an end date of early February 2026. Seasonal team members will have the opportunity to apply for any ongoing vacancies at the end of the contract period. Good availability throughout peak holiday periods and flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a group interview on 30 October 2025.
