We're on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse - Team Lead to support our growing team.

As our Warehouse - Team Lead, you'll take the lead on all things inventory, picking and packing orders, receiving incoming deliveries, barcoding products, investigating stock discrepancies, supporting rolling stocktakes and leading a team of 5. You'll also help maintain a clean, well-organised warehouse, and work closely with our warehouse team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Hours

This position offers part-time to full-time flexibility, but availability Monday to Friday is required to support the day-to-day warehouse needs of the business. As a family-run business, we understand the juggle and offer flexibility to support you and your family.

Key Responsibilities:

We would require a Warehouse - Team Lead to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations. The role would focus on general warehouse duties including but not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately
  • Organising inventory and maintaining warehouse cleanliness

  • Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies

  • Utilise email and computer systems to manage orders, inventory, as well as ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, and couriers

  • Team leadership

Skills & Experience:

  • Have a knack for organisation and systems
  • Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or stock control
  • Comfortable with light lifting and being on your feet
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar eCommerce or retail admin role preferred
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Experience in the baby industry or as a parent is a plus
