Flower Handler/Factory All-Rounder
Our team in Salisbury has an opening for a Flower Handler/Factory All-Rounder to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. If you enjoy hands-on tasks and want to be part of a supportive team that values hard work and passion, we'd love to hear from you
About the Role:
As a Flower Handler/Factory All-Rounder you'll play an essential part in our daily operations, working alongside our in-house team of florists. This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks will include:
- Unpacking, labelling, and restocking our market.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation.
- Processing flowers down a belt with support from our florists.
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Booking freight and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Serving customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Completing stock takes.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 15kg as part of the physical requirements for this position.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
Hours & Availability:
- Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm & 7am-3pm shifts.
