The Opportunity:
Contract Length: 12 months
Start Date: Monday, 21 July 2025
Training: 4 weeks full-time, in-office training (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
Shifts: Wednesday to Sunday (and public holidays), between 1pm - 10pm
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week (3-hour minimum shift blocks), with potential for more
Pay: $38 per hour + Super
Location: Frankston, Victoria

Hybrid - office attendance required for training, team meetings, and events

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and website support channels
  • Log, prioritise, and dispatch urgent jobs to maintenance contractors efficiently
  • Offer critical after-hours support to external business clients, including alarm monitoring and escalation
  • Communicate proactively with customers during service interruptions to minimise disruption
  • Cross-skill across teams to support customer account enquiries as needed

  • Proven experience in customer service within fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and accurate typing skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across varying shifts and public holidays
  • A high level of motivation, learning agility, and work ethic
